We are heading towards the end of January. It’s almost the time when sticking to your New Year resolutions is getting tougher. How are you doing with your new year’s resolutions? So, pull out those post-its and note down your goals for this year and stick them where you can see it. This will be a constant reminder for you to work on. Bisphenol A, or BPA as it’s commonly known, is a commonly-occurring chemical and is often used in containers that store food and beverages, such as water bottles. The problem within is that an increased consumption of products containing BPAs has been shown to lead to an uptick in health concerns. Some of those concerns include prostate cancer, miscarriages, diabetes, breast cancer and a handful of other health disorders. However, the Food and Drug Administration(FDA) has deemed BPA as safe if ingested at low levels.
